Gregory W. Neisel – President
Mr. Neisel has degrees in Industrial and Mechanical Engineering and has more than 30 years of experience in machine/process design, manufacturing, and business management. Greg has served at the C-level as a Director and Manager for over 20 years. He has led Product and Process Development, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing & IndustrialEngineering, and Maintenance groups.

George Finkelshteyn, Ph.D. – Vice President/Technical Services
Dr. Finkelshteyn holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Material Science and Metallurgy. George has over 40 years of experience in custom machine design and manufacturing process improvement. He has held Senior Engineering, Senior R&D, and Engineering Manager positions for more than 30 years. George has extensive expertise in the field of deformation of metals and alloys. His fundamental knowledge and analytical skills make him an expert in Roll Forming, in Hot and Cold Rolling, and in Stamping and Forging.
Dr. Finkelshteyn has a number of patents and publications enabling him to quickly identify opportunities for improvement
Nick Gallucci - Engineering Manager
Mr. Gallucci holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering. His 20 years of designing and manufacturing fabricated steel structures has made him an industry expert. Nick’s leadership skills and professional background utilizing the latest technology tools for design, development, and implementation have put him in senior positions within multiple manufacturing environments. He has decades of experience with the flow of information between Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing groups which yields comprehensive solutions to growth hurdles.

Steve Ritschard - Sales Manager
Mr. Ritschard joined WRN after a successful career of 40+ years in manufacturing where hedirected union and non-union operations. Steve has worn many hats ranging from Quality, Safety, General Supervisor, Production Manager, and Plant Manager of multiple facilities. He shines at taking dysfunctional groups and/or processes and molding them into well-functioningsystems. With a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Kent State University, he can visualizethings from a unique perspective. Steve has experience in plant layout and the organization of production lines to ensure seamless flow without bottlenecks.
Mr. Ritschard has an ‘Old School’ makeup with a very forward-thinking prospective and is always focused on continuous improvement
Doug Jeanblanc - Chief Controls Engineer
Mr. Jeanblanc holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics, earning his Professional Engineering licensure in Control Systems (2012) and Electrical – Power (2013). Doug has over 21 years of experience in industry as a systems integrator and original equipment manufacturer of custom machinery. He has designed, programmed, tuned, commissioned, and serviced control systems featuring a wide array of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, AC/DC/servo drives, networks, sensors, discrete process controllers, robots, and CNCs. Doug has extensive experience in these types of applications: machine safety, coordinated motion control, tension & dancer control, cut-to-length, temperature control, pressure control, flow control, and material handling. Some of the industries he has served include Automotive, Building Products, Chemical, Converting/Web Handling, Electric Power Generation, Food, Machining, Metals, Military & Aerospace, Mining, Pulp & Paper, Rubber & Plastics, and Water Treatment
